Modifications with respect to the previous version:
- ScanRoot and SPMRoot
- Added new methods to ScanRoot: rewind() is to rewind the input file and skip(int) is used to skip events from the input file. These methods are plain funcions in ScanRoot as well buttons in the GUI
- CAMAC drivers

- PelTools and data analysis
- Fixed a small bug that required the user to click in the pad after doing projections in order to show the histograms. A simple gPad->Update() was added in some methods to fix it
- Changed the behavior for projections inside a graphical cut. Now, all projections are being kept on memory. The old style used to delete projections that originated from the same histogram.
- Fixed bug on log.cxx for Debian distributions.
- Other modifications
- Added two methods to PelIO: rewind() to rewind an input file and skipEvents(int) to skip events to be processed. In order to use these methods check the ScanRoot modifications.
